2014 Small Molecule Drug Approvals Up 100% since 2010 Trough

Another great year for drug approvals, both small and large molecule. This followed the streamlining of the FDA approval processes which has resulted in fewer late stage failures. [Biologics also posted a bumper year, however this may be a reversion to mean after a terrible 2013, and presumably remains inhibited by the inability to tablet]
